Maan Radha was Maan Saraswati - because she was beyond knowledge , she never took help of the Lord she was in love with the Lord. a person can do love only when he achieve everything including the knowledge .

Maan Draupdi was Maan Kali - who showed the power of female to destroy the adharmi

Maan Rukmani was Maan Lakshmi because that time Lakshmi was not the preriority for the people , it was adharma or abhiman of many , so kept quite in the episode of mahabharata. also we can compare the process of samudra manthan where Maan Lakshmi came into picture , here also she met with the Lord when Lord took her from the demons

I find Rukmini, Radha and Draupadi - all the three of them are incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi only. The following excerpts and references will show this. As we know Lord Sri Krishna is incarnate of Shiva himself, Lakshmi is also the shakthi of all goddess viz. Saraswati, Laxmi, Kali.

But we can see the qualities of Kali - fiercefulness - in Draupadi, Qualities of Saraswati in caring Krishna with motherly Love, qualities of Lakshmi in Rukhmini as she was the fisrt and best loved consort of Lord Krishna (as Lakshmi to Lord Vishnu)

Srimati Rukmini was the first wife and queen of Krishna, the 8th avatar of Vishnu. She was an avatar of Lakshmi.Princess Rukmini is believed to have been born on Vaishakha 12. Although born of an earthly king, her position as an incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi is described throughout Vedic literature. They can not be separated. As Lakshmi she is Vishnu's Shakti.

Draupadi -The wife of all five Pāṇḍava brothers in the Indian epic the Mahābhārata, “fire-born” Draupadī is an incarnation of Śrī (see Śrī, Lakṣmi) or “Prosperity,” the wife of the god Viṣṇu (see Viṣṇu), which is appropriate to a kingdom such as that of the Pāṇḍavas, which follows the principles of dharma (see Dharma), or proper social law.

Radha - Radha is almost always depicted alongside her paramour Krishna, and has a highly prominent feature within the theology of today's Gaudiya Vaishnava religions who believe Radha to be the original goddess Lakshmi.

Draupadi was maan Kali,

When the battle of Mahabharata was over and Pandavas having won, they argued amongst themselves as who was responsible for victory. At this, Krishna suggested that Barbareek's head had watched the whole battle, and who else would be a better judge. Barbareek's head suggested that it was Krishna who was responsible for the victory, his advice, his presence, his gameplan had been crucial. He could see only the Sudarshana Chakra revolving around the battlefield which was hacking the Kaurava army to pieces and Draupadi assuming the fearful form of Mahakali Durga was drinking bowl after bowl of blood and was not allowing even one drop of blood to fall on the earth.

Lakshmi was Radharani (the goddesses of fortune).

"The transcendental goddess Srimati Radharani is the direct counterpart of Lord Sri Krishna. She is the central figure for all the goddesses of fortune. She possesses all attractiveness to attract the all-attractive Personality of Godhead. She is the primeval internal potency of the Lord." (Brihad-gautamiya-tantra)

Rukmani is also mentioned as incarnation of Lakshmi.

Great question! I would say that Radha is the whole shakti, made into different forms like the other gopis and females.
