No ( except if you are antibiotics for acne likeTetracycline). Some blood centers won't allow you to be a donor if you had taken antibiotics in past seven days. Others may allow you to be a donor 24 hours after completing the last dose of your antibiotic course provided you no longer have any signs of infection. The drug serum concentration that will be passed on with the donated blood actually is very low. Thus the main concern is not that the recipient will be adversely exposed to such traces of antibiotics, but that either the donor will be adversely affected by the donation because they are on antibiotics or the recipient will be adversely affected from a potential bacterial infection.

There is no problem giving blood once somebody is on antibiotics provided a person is not suffering from a chronic specific infection where the patient is having a prolonged antibiotic treatment.

Not a good idea because you need to be over your full course of antibiotics to have fully eliminated the disease.
