Today i finally got the balls to tell her how i felt but i think she thought i was just joking because she just texted me back and said "love u2?" Then i asked why she said that and she said well it was random wat else should i have said. Wat should i do???

I said " I love you." that was it. I've known her for 10 years soon 11 and i have truly realized i do really love her with all my heart. i want to be with her because i've seen her get her heartbroken so many times that i dont like it and i want to show her that i will be the one not to hurt her if we were to go out but still i dont know wat to do???

Tell her that you mean that you have romantic feelings for her. Tell her that you would like to know if she feels the same for you. Tell her that you do not want this to ruin your friendship, but that you need to know so that you will have a good idea of how she wants the relationship to progress..

You meet her in person and tell her that you weren't joking around and that you really do love her. Ask her to go to the park or something and just tell her the truth.

Exactly what did you say? Yours sound almost similar to mine. Unfortunately I used the word "LOVE". Bad, bad mistake. Should have started out with "like". LOVE is actually a very powerful word. Don't use it lightly.
