Well! first of all bleeding it's not normal, even if you're gums are not red or anything. So if you're bleeding when flossing maybe its because, you're flossing to hard. Most important "see a dentist" for a checkup and regular cleaning if you need one.

Bleeding is not normal!! it means you have gum disease and it needs treated as if this gets any worse it can cause you alot of problems!! just keep flossing and brushing and the bleeding should eventually stop if you wish you can go to your dentist for a scale and polish too!!

it might be that you are brushing your teeth too hard or your toothbrush have hard bristles. it is time to take brushing your teeth gently. know the right way to brush teeth and also change your toothbrush into a soft one. it might also be signs of early gum disease, therefore it is not normal anymore. the best way to halt the progression and prevent the disease to progress is to consult this expert link http://www.themouthdoctor.com

it means that you don't floss enough. don't worry, its normal, just floss everyday and they should stop bleeding.
