ok although i have other troubles theres somone who keeps texing me but when i text back [i guess its his sisters phone according to him] but i get chewed out and he [i hope] wont tell me who he is

You don't want some idiot who doesn't have the confidence to identify himself and talk to you face-to-face. Tell the idiot to either identify himself or your going to tell the cops he's harassing you.
You want a real man, not someone prone to playing childish games (unless, of course, you're both children).
