basically can i not serve in the military if i have been diagnosed as having bipolar disorder?

they will let you serve at the north or south pole...or both

Unfortunately you would be ineligible to join the Coast Guard as well. The physical and mental entry requirements are the same for all 5 branches of the armed forces.

You can not serve in any military with Bipolar. If you have to have medications on an everyday basis you can not join. You could join but you will be found out and then kicked out of any service that you are in. Thanks for wanting to join but don't its not worth to you or to the service that will spend all the money to get you to training, put clothes on your back and pay you for it and then to turn around and kick you out.

a diagnosis of Bipolar is a PERMANENT disqualification with ZERO chance of a waiver for ALL branches.

sorry, you cannot serve at all.

With the extremely lax military standards we have today you would be a prime candidate! Top tier recruit!

-> enroll in a community college and leave the fighting to some other moron. If you want to serve your country do it through intelligence. Any chimp can be trained to shot a gun my friend.....
