Try the trail mix grape nuts. I know that sounds awful, but the trust me, the trail mix cruncy grape nuts is pretty darn good. It's not like eating the regular grape nuts which tastes like cardboard. This new trail mix crunchy is very good with soy milk. It has a little sweetness. Since I ate this cereal about a year ago, I don't eat anything else anymore. Give it a try. You can find it at Target or WalMart for about $2.50/box. If you go to Safeway, Albertsons, or the bigger supermarkets, it'll cost you twice as much unless it's on sale. It's alot more affordable to try at a price of $2.50/box.

My husband and a friend were skeptical when I had them try. Both liked it. For best taste, put more milk/soy milk than you normally would, let it site for a minute to soak into the grape nut and soften the crunchiness and it's YUMMY! Guilt free breakfast and definitely healthy!

I eat a bowl of oatmeal, a banana, 2 eggs, and a glass of orange juice, and a handful of unsalted almonds. This is my power breakfast, great for days when you are on the run. And I'm usually not hungry until around 5pm. But if I am I eat an apple and drink plenty of water. All those food give you energy, and they are healthy.

Eat some egg whites, and something with some carbs, like pancakes or crepes or waffles. That way you will get protein and carbs to help give you energy throughout the whole day!

Oatmeal! It's got plenty of fiber, which stays with you longer. Try steel-cut oatmeal, it's even better for you! Just add some honey or jam instead of butter, etc.
