so i heard that sucking on a lemon helps you to lose weight fast.

is it true?

sorry it's not true.

but if you are trying to lose weight fast, here is what you can try:

go on the atkins diet
do cardio 5-7 times a week
do weights 3-5 times a week
drink a lot of fluids

if you do those things i can promise you, the weight will melt right off your body.

I suppose it would work if it prevented you from putting snacks in your mouth :p Otherwise, no. Lemons are not a miracle weight loss food :)

A word of caution though: the citric acid in contact with your teeth for extended periods of time would eat away at the enamel.

Best bet: a sensible, balanced diet, and exercise.

No, not at all, but they say warm water and lemons [helps] you loose weight with of course the benefit of excersising. But has to be the very first thing you put into your body.
Lemons also contain a lot of acid.

Nah. I dont think so. Maybe they help a bit but you can't suck them alone and do nothing else to lose weight.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
