Your mom is doing a terrible thing by telling you that so often. Keep yourself in shape by running or exercising, have fun you're young... try and eat healthy, your weight doesn't seem at all like you're too fat. but you never did mention how tall you are. I'd say your perfectly fine and don't need to worry. Tell your mother it's your body and she's making you feel insecure by saying that. Stay positive dude

I located the ebook to be very informative and effortless to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the advisor precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however in general) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight continues flying off. It certainly works and if I'd adopted it precisely I believe it could scare the residing daylights out of me due to the fact that of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the knowledge. I've certainly not bought whatever like this earlier than due to the fact that they're normally stuffed with trash, however 3WD has been a exceptional shock. Get began at present!

From where I see it, I started to lose weight when I was about 180 pounds, & now I'm about 100 pounds. From where I see it, you should calculate your BMI. If your BMI is within limits, there is absolutely no need to lose any weight, also, your just 16!
What you can start doing however, is cut out oily food- firstly because its fattening & secondly because it ruins your skin. It results in acne, pimples etc.
Start drinking as much water as you can, avoid coke's & other aereated waters.
Good luck!

A healthy weight all depends on your BMI or body mass index.

You need to know your weight,
your height ,
and your age
to find your bmi.

I would suggest lookig for a bmi calaulator somewhere online.
Your BMI is really the only way to determine a healthy weight.

Personally I don't this your over weight.
You might even be underweight depending on your height.

Good Luck!

Tell that Mother of yours that she is stupid and she needs to get head screwd on right first of all 112lb is lite & I don't even need to know how tall you are. Tell you mom that she needs help. What kind of mother would say that you her daughter? I would like to have a conversation with her and tell her she needs help she has serious issues. She should be concerned about other issues with you like guiding you in the right direction and showing you love not puting you down. Maybe she is jelous of you as some mothers are jelous of their teen daughters. Wish you luck sweetie and if you need a mother to talk to give me a jingle I will give you motherly advise. I am sure you are a beautiful young lady. keep your chin up sweetie and don't listen to nonsense.

first of all at your age your weight is your own personal thing, and no one should be pestering you about it. it's your business.

second,
your healthy weight comes down to a couple things:
how tall are you?
what is your build (small, medium and large) ?

if you personally feel fat for some reason then just start exercising, and some fruits and vegetables to your diet, and limit your consumption of sweets.

good luck!

You are still growing into an adult, so the body is not done with what some call baby fat. Have patience and don't worry about it until your metabolism slows down in you late 20's.
