The Christian Church and its associates have been responsible for some of the worst organized murder in history, I see many of you already agree.

But why do you think Bush/GOP Christians of America, and their slaughter of Muslims populations,60,000 (Bush's own figure) - 650,000 (international war monitor figures) is right?

All this human misery and death is legitimate this time?

Isn't that what the European Inquisitions , Christian Naziis, KKK etc thought?

The Catholic inquisitions were designed to stop the spread of heresy, which translated on the ground to the persecution of any members of other organised religions who were a threat to the church. Later on, in Spain, the Catholic Inquisitors acted on a consultancy basis for King Philip, and the Inquisition became a means by which the King could swell his coffers. I.e. you get arrested and tried for heresy - all you goods and lands are immediately forfeit. If you get out alive, they're still forfeit. If any of your relatives try to help, their goods and lands are forfeit. Get the picture?

When the church went bad, it became power crazy and cited God as its ultimate authority. What it did was political, not religious in nature.

Nazi party - power crazy, Teutonic heritage as its ultimate authority, political not religious.

Bush - power crazy once in office, speaks to god on a regular basis, god is the ultimate authority. Again, political greed is the motivator, not religion.

Murder is never legitimate, and power crazy tyrants always turn to god as the ultimate arbitor, in order to absolve themselves of any responsibility for their actions.

Bush's rightness is simply a case of perspective. In the eyes of CNN and ABC he's right - the rest of the planet, however, thinks differently. However, because he's a power mad tyrant with a huge nuclear arsenal at his disposal, no-one's got the courage to tell him...

Hello,

Whatever happpens, the winners of conflicts always write their version of history. By the way the nazi regime knew they had to tolerate Christianity but the leadership; especially Hitler and Bormann wanted it gone eventually. To them it was a threat and a bastardized form of Judiaism.

There has been a great deal of research done over the last several decades on the Catholic Inquisition and Protestant witch and devil hunts you ought to check out first. Previous historical figures on deaths and executions are thought to be highly exagerated or inflated for more than 2/3 of the population of Europe must have been killed according to old figures. Also secular states who banned or discouraged religion in the 20th century have killed far more in tha last 100 years than any one else.

No, I think it is the Muslims who are slaughtering themselves. Why doesn't anyone blame the people blowing themselves up in crowded markets or the people who strap explosives to their children? Bush is not comparable to the Nazis nor the KKK and any argument otherwise would have to hold all those who voted to go to war just as responsible.

Because he's the president of the United States and he can do whatever he wants.
In contrary to the inquisition where inocent people where killed just for the hek of it Bush allegations are that he's trying to protect inocent people instead. This is also a war between a country and nobody. There is not an actual visible enemy since these suckers are always hiding and killing themselves to kill inocent people and making the U.S look bad.

It's a comparison, but the beliefs behind the movement need to be considered as well. Don't get me wrong, I disagree completely with the conflict (no war has been declared, the use of the word 'war' only strengthens political sentiment and agendas) and a lot of Bush's policies, but the comparison is not sound. And as they say "Hindsight is 20/20."

You're comparing the overthrow of Saddam Hussein to what the Klan and the Nazi's do? And you're associating that with Christianity?

Who started this war? Was it Christians? No. It was radical Islam. Why don't you point your finger where the blame belongs!

Slaughtering Muslims? They are killing one another! The casualty figure you show is of insurgent bombings of civilians. They kill each other! If that were not happening, American troops would leave!

If you want to see mass murderers, go look at Islam. Don't blame Christianity or George Bush for your problems. You make them yourself.

Who said I agree however Romans 13 - He is the appointed Authority and if He is or is not doing God's will not for me to decide but God...

Authorities aren't always appointed because they will do the right things or the godly thing - I am not making any inference to this particular example - just answering the questions that popped in to your mind as you read the above. Casue techniqually Sadum (spelt wrong probability high) Huissen (even higher probability)

So, what would you have done as president, if terrorists attacked the United States while you were in office? Let um do it? I suppose if it was your home, you would invite them in.

Just wait until the liberals pull out of the war and the terrorists think or know that they have won. They will be back here again!

I'm sorry but you have your facts all wrong. I have no hope for you to see the truth until you get out of school and develop the ability to think critically. To think critically is to not believe anything you hear or read untill you have all the facts and can analyse them for yourself.

Now, you are only repeating emotional soundbytes that you have heard other people say.
