WHEN I WAS YOUNG MY MOTHER GOT ME LOADED AND LET MY FATHER ABUSE ME. SHE IGNORES ME NOW BECAUSE SHE SAYS SHE FEELS GUILTY. I AM A WRECK, DESPONDENT AND FEEL AS THOUGH I SUFFERED THE WORST ABUSE AND ALOT OF IT IS HER FAULT. ITS AS THOUGH SHE HAS NO APATHY OR CONCERN. MY BROTHER AND SHE JET SET AND PRETEND THAT I DO NOT EXIST. I FEEL LIKE MY BROTHER HAS BRAIN WASHED HER SO HE CAN HAVE ALL OF HER MONEY.
CAN I SUE HER AND HOW?

No, you can't sue them. If someone sued someone everytime they were ignored, people would be broke!! Take a chill pill and get consuling with your mother and brother.

The moment a mother can be sued for being a bad mother there will be a line around the world twice. What are you suing her for? You are almost 50years old and if you have not dealt with your abuse, then get yourself into counseling and learn to cope. You can't change your mother, she isn't going to mother you like you need her to. You need to learn to separate yourself from her and move on.
If money is an issue, see a lawyer. However that money will not fix the abuse or make you happy. I would simply walk away and enjoy the rest of my life.

Sorry to hear about your sad story but she is still ,after all, your mother. I know, it is not our choice but hey, look on the bright side, you have grown to be an independent woman and you have grown to survive on your own right? I hope I am right and I wish you better days ahead. Take care.
