then why are most 'healthy' people soo thin? my friend is a health food nut but he's thin as a rail and eats nothing but organic, soy milk and very little meat and lots of veggies and fruits. While I eat pretty healthy, plenty of meat and veggies but also burgers and beer lol My friend is seems to be prone to illness and always 'detoxing' though he just looks like a twig you can snap in half...is that the meaning of 'healthy?'

i think if you compare your friend to someone the same age in 20 years the results should speak for themselves. there isn't anything wrong with a nice juicy steak though. also your friend's immune system could be a bit underdeveloped

by far no. you have to work out to be healthy, and also eat clean and often. and stay away from soy milk. its bad for males.(man titties) and i think you need to do a little more homework, just because you eat all organic doesn't make you healthy alone.to be healthy their are different parts to that equation. you shouldn't label someone based on someones eating habits alone.

it seems like many have a problem with moderation, it's either one extreme or the other. I totally understand what you are talking about regarding your friend. unfortuately many people take things too literally and avoid a number of foods that are good for them.
