Thing is, she's totally chill about everything, and the more the days wear on, I see him being a jerk to everyone, including her, and everyone just takes it. Although she likes me enough to hang out with me most weeks (without him), I haven't really told her I fell for her. Besides, she does like the kid a lot... although they've only dated about 6 months. The other morning, we were all together, and looking at her, just... seeing her that morning... made it easier to breathe. It feels right.
Make the move... or, end up like that guy in "Love Actually"... who spills his guts and ends up... walking alone on some unfamiliar street?

Do you value your friendship or not. If you did you would not even be contemplating the idea. It is not about bros before hoes it is about being able to trust someone who is supposed to be your friend. Sure you can try to justify it all you want, but the fact is you will still stab who you call your friend in the back. Twist the blade while you are at it. I hope you do end up walking down that cold empty street without any friends because I do not know who would want to have a friend like you.

just so you know, 6 months is a really long time. like they could be married by now. but anyway, i think you should stay out of it. if they've been dating for 6 months, they're bound to break up soon, right? so i'd wait a little longer and if you really can't stand being without her i guess you should make a move.

Let her know your feelings for her. It's not like you want to "steal your friend's girl"... more than that you fell in love with her.
Let her know. If she doesn't want you, just walk away.
Be aware that, by doing this, you might lose your friend because he will get obviously mad at you. And with a good reason.
So I guess that what you need to do is to think about what is more important to you. If your friendship with this guy or the love you feel for his gf.
You'll know what to do.

First of all, Its you buddies girl!! if you trust her enough why dont you just tell her how you feel, talk to her and be true about your feeling towards her. Then she will decide what to do. I mean she is with your buddy, and well is hard to drop him and then be with you ya know, it would make her seem as the tramp type, but hey all you can really do is tell her how you feel, someone is gonna get hurt in the process but if you want to risk it go ahead good luck

There are too many girls out there to do that. Not only is it wrong in every situation but its even more wrong if hes your friend. If you don't like the way he is acting be a man about it and tell him to his face instead of going after his girlfriend.

don't, believe me it may work out, but never longer than relationship with your "BEST Friend" think about it. This actuall happended to me before, the only differance was that they had just broke up and i still lost a good friend over it
