I am assuming that this is a cell phone. You really can't unless you know her username and password to access her account. They won't give it to you just because you know the number because you are not her. Privacy act.

You can't. Unless you have her social security number, her password, her account number, etc, and have another female talk on the phone acting as her.
Sorry to interject, I know that I don't know the entire story, but stop being so paranoid.

I really dont think you can unless youu can find the actual paper bill or you know her user name and password to look it up on the phone bill website.

they are secure sites with password and ss protction.
do not even try they will catch you as a hacker
