Their website has an Online Inquiry system that you can log in to access your account, though you need to know your SSS number -- if it is not in the online inquiry system, then you need to go to the nearest SSS

First of all, I'm real glad to see you didn't actually put down your real social security number - the one you list has one too many digits. Please delete the number from your question, though. NEVER put your social security number out in public!!!!!
That said, if you want to check on your social security record, you can go online at ssa.gov and request the info - they'll mail it to you.
