Hi,
I’m 20 years old 5ft 6in tall and if possible I would love to grow at least 2 inches more. Both my parents are 5ft 6in and under, younger brother is 5ft 8in. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO BE 2 INCHES TALLER.

You're still growing, though at a much slower pace than in your teens. You'll find that you add an inch or two before you eventually stop. Skeletal growth is heavily dependent upon diet, health and exercise.

In my case, my feet were the last part of me to stop growing - and they stopped growing when I was around 25. You may find that because everybody is different, they will have unique growth patterns.

An earlier answerer said it was possible to break your legs and get (usually coral) spacers inserted surgically - this corrective surgery is used to replace bones lost in accidents and to relieve genetic problems. It's a wee bit extreme, very painful and very, very expensive.

You have to ask yourself why you want to be taller - there are lots of people in the real world who are 5'6". Some are taller, others shorter - so you are an acceptable height, given your parents genes.

As you age, you'll find that you lose inches - I've already lost 1 inch from my overall height, that is ok, coz I'm still me and I'm confident that my mate and my friends like me for who I am more than just my height.

Drink MILK! Men stop growing at 21 women at 18. If you WERE a dwarf or midget you would be able to do what the first person says. If you were a child probably HGH. Blame your parents for that. All children are like the fingers of the hand..different.

Unless you want body deformations, and unrealistic medicinal claims, nothing.

Of course, you can always focus on improving other aspects of your body, or life, that can "make-up" for your "lack" of height (which by the way is slightly under the national average, depending upon statistics). Such as having a better hair-style, wearing clothes that make you look slim, tall, and straight (IE: Vertically stripped shirts), etc.

You can actually keep growing until you are 20 or even 21 but it is uncommon and rare.

Probably the only way you can add 2 inches to your height is to buy shoes with soles that are 2 inches thicker than normal.
