They also ruled that he can sue her for emotional distress, but can only attached any earned income she gets. His child support, and the child support she gets from the other men she's done this too, is tax free, and not considered earned income.

I heard this story and was shocked. I heard that one of the man's arguing points was that he did not consent to giving her his sperm, to which the judge replied, "when you released it into her mouth, it became hers". My reaction to the judge's line of thinking is, "So also the baby is hers (and not his)". What's next?- Sperm donors can be tracked down and forced to pay support for any and all children that are conceived with their sperm? It is clear that she did this on purpose for the purpose of abusing family law and drawing tax- free income! How the FL supreme court could rule in her favor is beyond me! They probably used the 'ole "best interest of the child" reasoning. If you ask me, the best interest of ANY child that woman has would be to be taken from her and her deceptive, scheming ways and placed with a loving, adoptive family! What she did amounts to no less than fraud! She's a criminal!

Well, if he had sex with her as her DOCTOR, in a professional setting, then he is as much to blame as her. It is not the child's fault. Anyone who would behave in such a manner as someone's doctor should be required to support the child regardless how the child was conceived. That is the risk you take having any type of sex outside of marriage, although it is rather strange!
What would be even better is that she is proven unfit to be a mother and he got custody and SHE had to support the child she fraudulently created! Wouldn't THAT be justice!!!!

The court already decided, but I bet he'll be alot more seletive regarding where he puts his penis in the future! Let this be a lesson, think first, know who you are getting involved with or be prepared to deal with the cconsequences!

That's crazy.They were both consenting adults.But they had oral sex,not intercourse...so the fact that she took his sperm impregnated herself is wow,unconscionable..He shouldn't have to pay.Talk about violating someone.This woman's karma must be shot to hell!
