yes it is limited to somewhere around 120 miles an hour or 130 with V-6 and higher speed tires. I know of no reason to drive past the speed that the tires are rated at. Soon if demand warrants Some one will come out with a reprogrammer or ECM that eliminates the limiter.

Even with speed governor gone, due to lack of power and poor aerodynamics, you won't get much better than 120 anyway. Technosquare sells a reflash for Nissans that raises rev limiter and removes speed governor. I think its only for V6 models.

You don't have a speed limiter, you have an rpm limiter to prevent engine destruction and it is part of the engine computer and not a removable part.

It won't go any faster if you do. It's a rev-limiter, not a speed-governor.
