God Hates nothing, for God is everything, so for God to hate something would mean that God hates part of Godself. This is of course impossible.
Sin exists, but only as a matter of cause and effect. To do something that does not work to produce the results you desire, the resulting undesirable effect you created IS your hell. This is a natural part of the Law Of Attraction as relayed by "The Secret" (www.thesecret.tv) in which God provides you with what you think about, even if it is something you are thinking you don't want.
Forgiveness is not neccessary in the eyes of God, for God knows you have done nothing wrong to be forgiven for, however if you believe you have done something wrong, then the Law of Attraction guarantees you will experience having done something wrong. If you also believe you deserve forgiveness, you will experience that from God.
Hell has never existed, and will never exist, except in the mind of the believer in the idea that hell exists. Therefore the only place hell can be destroyed is in the minds of people. If those people resist the idea that hell does not exist, then they can continue to believe in the idea for eternity if they choose to. This is what free will is about.
You are correct that part of The Bible teaches acceptance of all belief systems, and the message behind the parable is that it does not matter what a person believes in, if anything at all. All of God's sums (the whole), and suns (the parts), will be welcomed into the imagination when they change form.
Now here's the really tricky bit: Death does not exist. If Einstein was correct, and E=MC2, then mass and energy are one and the same thing, and any physicist will tell you that energy cannot be destroyed, ever, and only changes form. With this truth it is fair to deduce that life continues in a different form after we experience "death", and that heaven is merely another means of experiencing reality. If this is true, then The experience of reality IS heaven, and that we choose to change our means of experiencing because it's fun. This means, quite literally, Heaven is all there is, manifesting itself in different forms, and that we can have anything we want right now, and that we are only limited by our imagination. Any experience is possible, and we are in a constant state of creation, and this is the power of God.
Ye are Gods, and all that I do you can do too, and much more. - Jesus
EDIT: Many people have said "God is All Loving", and then in the next sentence they say "God hates sin and/or The Devil". This is oxymoronic and hipocritical. If God is al loving, then God would love sin and the devil. If God is all loving, then the idea that God hates, or even dislikes, is impossible. This confusion has arisen because the human mind finds it difficult to comprehend how someone could love unconditionally, meaning completely and entirely unconditionally. This incomprehensibility is based on the idea that God is human-like, and this is based on the phrase "Man was created in the image and likeness of God". This phrase is the root of the confusion, but it is not incorrect, merely misinterpreted. The misinterpretation stems from the belief that what we are able to observe of ourself is who and what we are, yet I tell you now:
You are not your body, or your mind. These physical manifestations are your way of expressing yourself in reality. You HAVE a body, and a mind. You say "this is MY hand, my brain." It's not what you are.
You are energy. You are a sun. You are a force and a source in the universe, which can create thoughts (more energy), and manifest them as objects, actions or space.
In this way, with this perception, you literally ARE the image and likeness of God, because you can present yourself in whatever image, and in whatever likeness, you choose.
Since you can become anything, do anything, and have anything you want, the field of potential of what you are is unlimited, and in a sense all the things you think you are not you could choose to become at any time. Potentially, you are everything that is, all of God, and to reject a potential reality for yourself is to reject a part of your potential self. To do this is not right or wrong, merely choice.
God knows this, because God IS this. Therefore, it would be impossible for God to hate anything, because God would inadvertently be hating a part of Godself, a part God created, a part God chose to become in order to better know Godself. God knows that the experience of hate is something that must be known in order to appreciate the absence of hate, but that hate is not something that need be experienced any more than one would desire to. You can be the change you wish to see in the world, any time you choose. You have the power!
EDIT: There is nowhere God is not, because God is all there is, including the nothing, the nowhere, the space between the parts, and everything everywhere. For evidence of this, look up "dark energy" in a astrophysicist glossary.
EDIT: You are your own judge, now and forever. The day described as Judgement Day, the moment after you change form, is when your life flashes before your eyes and your reaction to how you lived is what you will experience. If your reaction is that you did bad things, but that you were ignorant of whats right, and you judge yourself as innocent, then you will experience feeling like an innocent. If you choose to experience that God is judging you, then you will become the image you believe God appears before you as, and you will judge yourself how you believe God would judge you. This gives you the impression that justice has been served, and thus the endearing belief that God is purely just.

God doesn't hate,he loves. Maybe if you read the bible and go to church you would know about him. Instead of thinking negative things that ain't true about him. He does care about us he died for our sins and is the reason we are still alive. And god loves you more then you can imagine.

God is not suppose to all loving. HE IS! Sin exist because of Adam and Eve.
He hates sin. These six things the LORD hates, Yes, seven are an abomination to Him:
A proud look, A lying tongue, Hands that shed innocent blood, . A heart that devises wicked plans, Feet that are swift in running to evil,
A false witness who speaks lies, And one who sows discord among brethren.
Why should evil, wicked people enter Heaven? Do whatever you want, curse God and then live in Heaven? I don't think so.
God knows what He is doing and He knows better than you or me so it is foolish to ask these questions and talk about a great and mighty God, which He is.
Wait and ask on judgement day if you dare!
And you should really recall where something is in the Bible if you are going to use it.

Sin exists in this world because of the choice of Adam to sin. It was not God's choice, it was Adam's... and Eve's of course! God did not "create" hell. Hell is the "anyplace" where God is NOT, just as Heaven is the "anyplace" where God is. Since God exists from eternity to eternity, then the place where God is not also exists from eternity to eternity.
God can hate. Hate, in and of itself, is not a sin, it is an emotion. It is what is DONE with hate or caused by hate which leads to sin, but not necessarily. Proverbs 6:16-19 tells us, "There are six things the LORD hates, seven that are detestable to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a man who stirs up dissension among brothers."
God can perfectly love and hate a person at the same time. This means He can love them as someone He created and is redeemable, as well as hate them for their unbelief and sinful lifestyle.
God’s love for the world does not mean that He will ignore sin. God is also a God of justice (2 Thessalonians 1:6). Sin cannot go unpunished forever (Romans 3:25-26). All sin, no matter how “small,” is against an infinite and eternal God, and is therefore worthy of an infinite and eternal penalty.
Does God love everyone? Yes. Does God love Christians more than He loves non-Christians? No. Does God love Christians differently than He loves non-Christians? Yes. God loves everyone equally in that He is merciful to all. God only loves Christians in that Christians have His eternal grace and mercy – the promise of His forever love in Heaven. It is God’s love for all that should draw us all to receive His eternal love.
As for how Christians are to treat others, a true act of love is treating someone with respect and kindness even though they know you do not approve of their lifestyle and/or choice. It is not loving to allow a person to remain stuck in sin. It is not hateful to tell a person they are in sin. In fact, the exact opposites are true.
As for Jesus visiting another country that had a different religion and not trying to "convert" them, you have to remember that Jesus' mission while on earth was to His own people first, to the Jewish nation. It was only after His death, resurrection, and ascension that He commanded His disciples to go out into ALL the world and teach ALL peoples. THIS is when He "intended" that His gospel be spread and "converts" made.

I do not believe that God hates anything or anybody. I do not believe that hell exists because I know I couldn't send anyone there and I cannot believe God is less compassionate than I am. I believe that when God gave us free will, he did not do it with the expectation that we would always choose correctly. Or the intent to punish us if we did not. I believe that our souls are eternal and we are here in this physical realm for the experience of it all, and that the dichotomy of evil is by design, insofar as if the point is experience, one might as well experience everything. I believe Shakespeare was really onto something when he said "All the world's a stage."
That said, if we WANT to experience harmony, we have to create it. And that will require working together.
I do not believe the Bible is the word of God, but I do believe it has some truth. Of course, many other books do too. I also believe that Jesus should have written his own book (and Paul should've remained unpublished). I believe the main point Jesus was trying to get across was that if we are compassionate and forgiving toward each other, we can all work together to create miracles. I believe Church politics added the bits along of the lines of "you are a sinner", "you require salvation", "you must convert others" and "you must give money to this organization". These fear tactics reek of manipulation and capitalism that to me indicate they are ideas of man. Unfortunately the Bible seems to be rife with instances of man creating God in his image.
(And how can God be ALL-knowing if Jesus never got laid?)

My O My you have the whole thing backwards and inside out. God IS all-loving. He hates sin and the Devil. He gives everyone the choice to repent. He punishes you for all your sin in Hell if you don't repent, but He made a way out. He sent His one and only Son,Jesus, to come to the earth as a baby and live a perfect life without sin. Then He began His ministry. He preached for about 2 years and then on Passover. He went Jerusalem and was arrested and given an unfair trial. Then they crucified Him. He died. He paid for every sin that every person would ever commit. If you chose to believ you don't have to pay for you own sin. Jesus did that for you all you have to do is pray and ask Him to forgive you of your sins.

God is all loving in respect to the creatures and people He created. But because He is good, good cannot love evil and remain good. The bible doesn't declare Him all-loving. It says that "God is love." That's His very nature. By His very nature, God hates the behavior that is opposite to love. By the way - God will rescue everyone some day and hell will be done away with. God is mighty to rescue every one He ever created.
Also, in regards to Jesus' travels, He never told people to repent of good things. So you are right: compassion, love, mercy, etc, never ever need to be corrected. But the bible says that He went into various villages and He taught and healed them all! But you are correct: God is MOST concerned with the condition of a person's heart. If they have some details wrong about faith, they are NOT condemned to hell. God is not a monster. He really is not.

You have some distorted views of scripture.
God made the way of forgiveness. If people don't take it He is not to blame. This argument won't hold water on the day of judgment when all people of all time will stand before Him!
Nobody likes the concept of eternal punishment. Some of us humans decide to go there and some don't. God paid the price for our redemption through His Son. If we don't take it we can't accuse God of not loving us. We send ourselves to the Lake of Fire.
Jesus reached out to the people everywhere He went. You will have to provide proof texts to show He didn't. Nobody ever lived on this planet that cared more than He did. His voluntary death for you and me is all the proof anyone should need.

"God is supposed to be all-loving,"
Really? Can you find a verse in the Bible to support that notion or is that something that someone told you?
God is love, but love is only one of his characteristics. When you say "all-loving" you should realize that His love does not negate his righteousness or his holiness. God hates sin. He hates sin because it harms the people that He created in his own image. That's how his love operates. When He creates a new Heaven and earth He isn't going to be letting unrepentent sinners in there to mix with his children. You wouldn't let hoodlums come and live with your children whom you loved would you?
Revelation 21:1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. 2 And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. 4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away."
5 And he who was seated on the throne said, "Behold, I am making all things new." Also he said, "Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true." 6 And he said to me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give from the spring of the water of life without payment. 7 The one who conquers will have this heritage, and I will be his God and he will be my son. 8 But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death."
God is patient and long suffering, not willing that any should perish but that all should repent and come to a saving knowledge of the truth. But if a person hardens their heart all of their life and refuses to turn from their sins and trust in Jesus then they are the one who is to blame when they end up in Hell, not God.
Here's how Jesus put it when talking to Nicodemus.
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
19 And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. 21 But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his deeds have been carried out in God."

Jesus teaches that God loves those who love him, he is not all loving. Jesus also teaches that by our examples we would bring people to God. Jesus also overcame the Devil, while living and after death, so there no longer is a hell. When a person dies,if they don't believe, there just dead, no heaven, no hell. If they follow the anti-christ, they end up in the lake of fire which supposedly burns but does not destroy. He does care about what we believe in, he wants us to believe in him.
