im an exercise addict and i really dont care.
ive been thinking and studying long and hard, and im looking for a body part i can train some days with weights, but definetly every day with just bodyweight. i am also concious of overtraining.
ive been considering- the forearms, the calves, the abodminals-
i know the abs can go all day every day, the calves i beleive i have experienced some signs of overtraning with just bodyweight every day, and the foreamrs i havent really tried.
INTELLIGENT INSIGHTFUL EDUCATED people have any input?
