Well if werewolves were real, I think they would like something more meaty. Maybe if the biscuits were made out of dogs?

They are more likely to go for fresh meat, but if they
are really hungry and there is nothing else to get
then, like any living thing (until the full moon goes
down and it is day), they will take it (if starving).
But, I suppose yes.
