okay, so i know that i have a good body and are 5'9" but i dont know if my looks are good enough. so how can i tell if a girl would like to go out with me? how can i get a girlfriend? a womans opinon would be better i think.

I think this will help you. It is long but it will be worth it.
My young brother yes being fit is part of it, a small part, but there is so much more going on in the complex female mind, especially the young female mind. So educate yourself real good in wide variety of subjects. Everything from the material like fashion, i-pods, cellphones, cars and clothes to more complex immaterial like love, religion, politics, history, sociology, etc. You have to know the latest in entertainment movies, music.
Study good because you never know who you'll meet one day. You spot a girl sitting on her own at lunch time. You have been observing her in class. She is smart, dresses nice, is unlike the others, she stands out, and you want to get to know her. Every time she is around your heart drops, skips a beat or two. You tend to loose yourself. Confidence is key here and if you do the things I told you above( educating yourself) you will attract the right ones with wit and wisdom.
Look good ans smell fresh, first impression is important is just that, first. More important stuff comes later. Present yourself like a man and you will attract a woman and not a kid.
FIRST you HAVE TO KNOW what you want. You want EMO, you've got to be EMO, pretending to be one won't work. Do you want a 16 year old who likes to hang out at the mall, or one who is starting to grow up and see things differently around her. Never mind those kids, they are still in the sandbox.
Now you still want to have fun. Nice walks with long talks, movies, art, park, sports, teach her ping pong or something. Go swimming.
You want to get your license also. That will help. ;-) It WILL HELP.
It is a lot but take it easy. Don't rush. They might have a lot to talk about. Some of it might be boring some of it might be too much, but most of it sweet music to your ears. But after 20 or so sentences they will expect a response so yes you have to know your stuff.
Some might be the quiet type that is ok. They are trying to get to know you so present yourself real well.

ok well when i like a boy the first thing that would attract me 2 him is his looks but that is not the 1 thing i look for in a guy the 1 this is romance every girls wants a guy who will sweep her off her feet im not saying you have to buy her things all the time and spend every second of your day with her but you do have to make her feel special and appreciated. And when a girl likes you you can tell by the way she laughs and the look on her face. When i flirt with guys or i am around a guy i like i get a little red in the cheeks and i tend to smile a lot and speak in a sweet voice.

You need confidence hun! You sound attractive but remember..looks aren't everything. Some girls go for looks and guys with hot bods but I don't. Just think of what your good at. What are your qualities? Are you caring, shy, freindly? Are you helpful? If you find a girl you like, be nice to her. Open doors, talk to her, ask how her day is, walk her to class, offer to help her with something. If she is involved in some kind of a project (recycling, hrlping poor), ask if you can join her. Just be nice..don't focus on your looks so much. Focus on being a good guy & you should have a girl in no time. =) Good luck. It depends upon the girl. Some girls dont actually look at the physical appearance of a guy. If you think that you lack the good looks, then try be a guy whose got the good personality.
Sometimes, girls are shy to tell guys that they like him. So if YOU like a girl, you ask her. Your girlfriend to be might be just waiting there, so start searching. 16 years old is still a young age to be bothered by this problem...

Personally I couldn't care less about buff. I want a guy who's got intelligence, a good sense of humor, is honest, trustworthy, is a hard worker, and treats his girl like she's worth everything to him. Buff doesn't even make my long list of things that matter.

Well I dig a guy with a great personality over a pretty face...
And you can't tell a girl to go out with you, you ask her. Most girls aren't shallow and enjoy an intelligent or flat out hilarious conversation. Work on personality over your body.

ask some girl you like, how can you know if they want to go out with you if you won't ask them? you already have an advantage with your looks. a word of warning - sometimes good looks are not enough. you have to be yourself, don't pretend to be someone else, and show them you're fun to be with.
