today, the cockatiel(chiko) is nt eating, not active n like have difficulty breathing.. any1 can help me? thnx in advanc!

Contact the store or person you bought it from and ask their advice.
Has it come from outside to indoors and is not used to the warmer temperatures?
Can it get to the food and water easily?
Provide extra dishes of food as it may not recognize your feeders as the place for food.
Are there any smokers in the environment as this can affect your bird.?
Is your bird in the kitchen? As cooking smells and over heated Teflon can cause problems with their breathing.
He may be frightened in his new home so will sit very still unless you go near then he will back away.
He may need time to settle down.

take it back to where you got it , not eaten, not active is normal till it settled in , but hard to breath ........

he is afraid give him time to adjust to his new surroundings
