Yes, you can easily lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks. Just watch your carbs. You should never feel hungry on this diet and still lose weight.

Absolutely it is possible. I lost 90 pounds on the Atkins diet seven years ago and have kept it off with no problem. I did not cheat; I ate 30 or less carbs a day and used a lot of ingenuity. For example, I used lettuce leaves as my "bread" for my meat/cheese sandwiches. Actually got where I liked it that way. Never was hungry. It took me about six months to take off the pounds. I told my doctor what I was doing and he did not object because the extra weight was more dangerous than being on the Atkins diet for a short amount of time. In fact, the Atkins diet stabilized my glucose level and I was able to completely stop medications to control the glucose. Have not needed any since.

YES. I THANK YOU AND APPRECIATE YOU SOOO MUCH FOR HAVING A REASONABLE GOAL. THANK YOU THANK YOU.
im so sick of these dummasses asking how they can lose 75 pounds in 2 weeks. 10 pounds or more in 4 weeks is personally reasonable if you work hard and show dedication.

but i wouldnt reccomend the atkins diet. its not a good diet. contact me if you really wanna know why, but i wouldnt reccomend it at all.

know a guy who did it and he was much heavier than your weight he sure looks different now than when i worked with him still on the Atkins diet. said only thing he hated was could not have bread when he told me to have pizza he had to just eat the toppings off the crust and not eat the rest i thought i don't think i could handle that so never tried it myself.

sure! 2.5 lbs per day is feasible. Just make sure that the diet works for you. If you eat mostly protein anyway, its probably not going to happen . Then you would need to trick your metabolism a little. Good Luck.
