so i have created a new short term diet...its called...''the dirty diet''....okay os you excerise 3 times a day and drink tons of water...but you eat nothing but 1 dirty thing a day...such as a brownie....fries....i dont know something you really love...but only eat 1....and go on for 10 dyas...after you see some results you start eating fruits and veggies and do the same things but no dirty things...then you eventullay eat everything with limits...what do you all think abou tthis!!!!!!!
