so i have created a new short term diet...its called...''the dirty diet''....okay os you excerise 3 times a day and drink tons of water...but you eat nothing but 1 dirty thing a day...such as a brownie....fries....i dont know something you really love...but only eat 1....and go on for 10 dyas...after you see some results you start eating fruits and veggies and do the same things but no dirty things...then you eventullay eat everything with limits...what do you all think abou tthis!!!!!!!

Wow, I can't even begin to tell you how unhealthy all that is. First of all exercising every day 3 times a day is way too much. You can see benefits with only exercising 3 times a WEEK! Plus where are you getting the energy to get through all those workouts? So you eat only one candy bar or whatever a day? How about vitamins and nutrients and the things your body NEEDS to keep itself alive? Following a food plan like that will definitely slow your metabolism and lead to malnutrition. Yo are not a doctor, or nutritionist, so PLEASE, stop making up diet plans. You are obviously not qualified to do so.

sure, as we communicate I heard the sound of sleigh bells being jingled on the Salvation military kettle on the front to paintings. The sound of a lot of human beings determining to purchase up all form of foodstuff for their Christmas feasts! and yuletide songs floating out of the shop stereo audio equipment. And maximum of shoppers asserting or replying with Merry Christmases to me and mine! Merry Christmas Dizz expensive and all my splendiferous Contacts on Y!A !!! oxoxox :)

that's bogus, your body needs nutrients, which fries have next to none. exercising 3 times a day could cause exhaustion which will make you even weaker than when you started so i recommend once a day
