1] soak it in warm soapy water FOUR times a day, and put antibiotic ointment and a bandaid on it in between.
2] if not better by fri AM, go to doctor
3] any 'dirty' cut should be scrubbed out, and have antibiotic ointment at least until a scab forms!

My mom had the same condition before. She went to the doctor. I don't know what the doc did,(I daren't see!) but i think the doc did make the pus come out of her big toe, so that it wouldn't hurt so much. i must say it really did hurt for her, but after the doc finish doing her work, she appeared to relax a lot. The doc gave her some lotion, antibiotics and all that. Maybe you should go too. I'm sure you will feel better in no time.

Soak it in hot water with about 3 tablespoons of salt to a gallon.Do this 2 x a day & dry it well after each soak & put a peice of gauze on it & put on a clean white sock.
It will be gone in no time.
An alcohol soaked cloth applied for 30 min 2 or 3 x a day does the trick also.

you have an infection. you should wash your feet and soak it in epsom salts and hot water for about 20 minutes three time a day. Or you can go to the doctor and get some antibiotics. I'd try the epsom salts first it's cheaper, And yes it can get worse if not treated.
