and also i ate some cake a little bit ago andi want to work out my stomach but my hula hoop is too loud and will wake up my fam. what should i do?? (as in exercises that are cardio and for the stomach)

its ok to eat cake sometimes, even when on a diet, it wont hurt much! just dont eat it everyday! yes do some crunches each night, and drink lots of water too!

Don't bother with the situps. Your belly will only grow due to muscle increase. Do more cardio. Eat a sensible breakfast every day to jump start your metabolism.Then find an excercise you'd like doing daily, such as Bike riding.

1/2 inch of belly fat is normal and perfectly healthy. Your body needs fat to function properly, if you had no fat on your body you would be dead.

Crunches won't reduce the fat, it will just tone up the muscle underneath and toning is all you need to worry about.

no - it wont. sit ups only build muscle they do not burn fat.
the only fat burning exercise is cardio - it burns fat all over your body, you cant spot reduce body fat.
