Sai Ram. Pronounced as Saayee Raam, it is a greeting, a mantra and also a blessing to you.U show the intellectual aspect of your psyche and your real need to know. Happiness is the only purpose of life,.I feel as if you are tired of life so i guess your question is how to get happiness? Search deep within and try to know who you are. Who is seeking the answer to the question? Who is that you? Find that real you behind all the layers that are heaped upon by society and its conditioning.
Believe in yourself
Be brave...but it's ok to be afraid sometimes
Study hard
Give lots of kisses
Laugh often
Don't be overly concerned with your weight, it's just a number
Always try to see the glass half full
Meet new people, even if they look different to you
Remain calm, even when it seems hopeless
Take lots of naps..
Be weird whenever you have the chance
Love your friends, no matter who they are
Don't waste food
RELAX
Take an occasional risk
Try to have a little fun each day.
...it's important
Work together as a team
Share a joke with friends
Fall in love with someone..
...and say "I love you" often
Express yourself creatively
Be conscious of your appearance
Always be up for surprises
Love someone with all of your heart
Share with friends
Watch your step
It will get better
There is always someone who loves you more than you

Hello-I think searching for inner peace is a difficult task, but an important one to master. I think that you have to go to your "higher power" daily and ask for further strengthening. One key thing, though. You have to BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. You almost have to "pat yourself on the back" so to speak. In my case, I am alone alot and some days I don't get much done What I do get done, I make sure that I am proud of myself. I have goals for myself. They are all character building excercises which I assigned to myself. One is that I do one good deed a day. Be it the smallest thing, even waving to someone can make you feel so much better about yourself. You would be surprised!!
Have a break in the day that is set aside only for YOU-I am 58 yrs old, a widow, have no permanent place to live at the present time, but since I have implemented these small into my everyday living, it has made me happier and more peaceful. One more thing-Imagine yourself sitting in a circle of others-friends and foes-even though you don't give a poop about that person make sure that you send out one positive thought that would benefit that person to the good. You will be surprised how much that helps. Moral to that story-It will come back to you and you will begin to have that peace that you are looking for. I feel that all in all no one ever finishes the ending of the quest. It is a lifelong way of task. Please try and implement these easy tasks and you will see! Bottom Line-Try and be POSITIVE and "cancel" the negative out any time it enters your mind.
God Bless

Stress lives in the past & the future, not the now.
Just try to organize what is going on- writing things done is tremendously helpful. Keep a list of things you need to work on & what you are concerned about.
It takes practice to stay in the now & slowly work through what you need to. You stay in the moment by focusing on your breathing. This is something that I am really trying to work on myself because I deal w/ a great deal of stress too.
Praying helps me a lot too. Having a good chat w/ God always helps me to refocus on what I am trying to work on & what I am worried about.
I have been reading a great book called The Four Agreements. My therapist recommended it to me. It teaches different principles about life & dealing w/ all the things that come at us. Also try to get a massage every now & then. You will find this incredibly helpful.
Good luck!

hmm tough one. and yet i still have advice. what i do usually is take the time to think about each problem or issue individually. if it needs a solution, the best time to think is right before you go to sleep. soemtimes as you fall alseep, an amazing idea will pop up. also, if you feel you are getting stressed out, take a really deep breath. try to make it feel like you are brathing with your stomach instead of your lungs (called abdominal breathing). it's very relaxing.

Concentrate on the positive. The negative is easier to focus on, but the negative doesn't really matter. Go to your happy place, like a park. Take a long walk, breath deep, just forget about everything else for a while. It's okay to focus on you.

If you look for peace you won't find it. It must find you. The following always helps me to slow down my mind and put things in perspective. Hope it helps you, too.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can, and
The wisdom to know the difference.

Listen to what Cindy-Bob said ! And meditate on His word. He will not put you through any more than you can handle and he will give you His strength. And don't 4-get to give him the praise . Every answer to every problem we face in life can be found in his Word, the Bible.
