Okay, the housing is done according to where you are stationed UNLESS you are doing GEO bachalor (living in the barracks) and you have her with a lease contract in another location. If that is the case, they do it based on where she lives. If you get sent overseas, without family (like to Iraq) they base it on where she lives also.

You get paid according to where you are stationed at the rate of BAH with dependent. If you live on post, the army just keeps your full BAH. House, electrity, water, sewer, maintenance, etc all included. Simple. If you choose to live off post, they'll give you the full BAh in your check, and you are responsible in arranging the apartment/house, all utilities etc. Internet, cable and phone not included in either. Some companies offer a discount (ours is Oceanic Time Warner).

first: moving her to your location will be on your dime. Second, BAH is based on YOUR duty station because you are already there before you got married.
Third: have you let your CoC know of your impending nuptials? is she a citizen? cuz if she ain't, I hope you processed the proper paperwork, otherwise your Clearance will be yanked. You won't be able to enter her into DEERS until you get the marriage certificate in hand. you will have to be there for her to get her ID as well.
BTW, as an E2, are you in A or C school? cuz you may not get permission to live off base. unless you are at Dam Neck and they are STILL overcrowded in Barracks. i know when my then DF was at WDS school there he got permission to live off base as a single E3 b/c it was so crowded.
ETA: for those of you talking about Geo Btas: the Navy no longer allows Geo Bats. if he is married, he will be required to move out of the barracks and either into base housing or on the economy. Only during Unacompanied orders will BAH be base donthe spouses' location any longer.

BAH is based on where you are stationed. She has no affect on the BAH till after your married. Now once your married and you move here where you are the Military should pay for her to get there or reinburse you for what it will cost to move her there.

It is based on your duty station's location.
I urge you to look into base housing vice public housing. Due to the fact you are a SA your BAH will be lower and could significantly stretch into your other pays in order to maintain. Base housing would actually allow you to stretch your pay further.
Congratulations and good luck.

Almost every time its based on your duty station and dependents status. Ask your LPO tomorrow to show you how this works, or your Chief. Hopefully they already know you are getting married.
Congrats, now get cranking on making rate! While BAH is nice, making FC2/E-5 on your first exam in about 15 months is best and much more money and job satisfaction.

BAH rates are based on your duty station. Take the money and your new wife and live well. Congrats on the wedding. Thank you for your service to the Republic.

Lilly is correct. If you are living in the barracks then the BAH is based on where she is living, but if you are living in civilian housing then the BAH is based on where you are living.
