I have been umming and ahhing for hte last 6 months about this and done neither leaving me as a depressed little sad case, i am so ashamed of the perosn i have become and have stuffed all my friendships, living in a owrld of my own for hte last 6 months, had big plans for my life but have changed so much i cant see me ever coming back, its time i made a decision, i need to start over, do you think i should move cities or go back to the uk and use up my visa?

Why not figure out what you as a person need for success and put a plan into operation where you are.The last thing that you need is to run away because you will be wherever you go.
