My husband defines HOT as a woman who is basically flawless. I have seen some heavier women who are beautiful and he makes fun of them. So I just wanted to know what you all consider HOT in a woman?

Hot is a vague label to describe a person's appearance. For me, hot means a pretty face, doesn't have to be drop dead gorgeous, and a shapely body, again it doesn't need to be over the top. If those two qualities are admirable, then i will call her hot.

I think all men have a little different taste in woman. To me a girl that is hot has to have a nice shape to her body and a great smile. Personality helps too. Hot woman with nasty attitudes turn me off real quick.

It does change with tastes. The general rule is a good body and someone who may not have to be drop dead beautiful in the face but at least attractive. Personality matters more for a relationship to last and to find someone attractive once you know them better but looks are what gets men going in the first place.

Sounds like you are with a pretty shallow, insecure boy... I mean man.
In my opinion... living in the plastic-body Newport Beach area... perfect bodies are eye candy... but not what I honestly consider "hot." Hot is a state of mind... a way of presenting/carrying yourself. I have seen many "over-weight" women that I thought were super hot.... and many "flawless" women that were complete turn-offs. It's all about self-esteem, self-respect, and taking care of yourself... loving yourself.
In my humble opinion... your husband dosn't sound like he has much of that going for him... and making fun of people is usually how that shows up.
I'm sure you could do better.
