Well, there seems an overwhelming majority of no, but I'll add my opinion. I think that if you are careful it can be ok. I have heard of quite a few people who have met their future spouses online. However, I'm biased. :)

I have actually had 2 differnt inernet relationships, it wasn't completly internet though, but for the longest time it was, and both relationships lasted a while, and we're still friends to this day - Which i can't say that with my "real life" relationships that went down the toilet lol
NOT all people on the internet are Wierdos there are actually alot of really cool, nice, SAFE people on here

I have many times and had a great time too. I met my husband online and we are together 4 years now. If you are careful it is a great place to meet people. I don't do bars and stuff so I had no where else to meet men. He is the love of my live, I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat.

idk...um...isnt that hard? and like not rly safe? for all u know u cud be talking to a 40yr old man named fred who pretends to be this sweet boy when rly hes a bad man who likes girls ur age :( but if u have met this guy and have reduced to only an internet relationship then yea go for it. its hard but w/e u want

no and the reason why is because my best friend tried it and so did my brother. my friend ended up meeting a physic from calf. and he ended up stalking her after she had told him that she didn't think it was going to work out and my brother had meet someone from Texas and she ended up using him and taking him for over $6,000 so I decided that i would never do it because of what had happen to my friend and my brother. because you never know what kind of person you will meet on the Internet.

depends on the situation. if i knew you in some way (like a friends friend) it might work but if you were a complete stranger i would have a hard time trusting you. You never know who you're actually meeting on the internet nowadays.

I might, but I would be Extremely Cautious about taking the guy seriously. You never really know if he could actually be married or have a girlfriend, etc.

honey i did that before and no it doesn't work at all there's like nothing there i mean I've had a phone relationship that's fine as long as you are able to see each other

what the hell is an internet relationship? you can't have a relationship with a computer or someone over the internet.

its good if you are only looking for a person you can talk to and stuff.. it feels great to be able to talk to someone but you will be missing out on a lot..i wouldnt recommend it even thought it could be fun because the real thing is always better.
