Yes.

What is God's purpose? To save mankind.
How did He do it? By sacrificing His only begotten Son.
How did people pervert that? By claiming Jesus is not God's son. By rejecting He was crucified on the cross and by claiming that God wants the jews and christians dead.

NOW...Who the hell would do this?

Look below:

Qur’an 8:60 “Infidels (non-muslims) should not think that they can get away from us. Prepare against them whatever arms and weaponry you can muster so that you may terrorize them.”
Bukhari:V4B52N260 “The Prophet said, ‘If a Muslim discards his religion, kill him!’”
Qur’an 5:51 “Believers, take not Jews and Christians for your friends.”
Bukhari [4:52:177]: Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him!"

Just look at the muslims. Don't you see them accursed???

Muhammad's father died before he was born, the mother died soon after he was born and his foster mother died a few years later. Muhammad' s own sons ALL died in their infancies and muhammad was poisoned to death by a servant-girl. Today, the muslims are living pathetic lives, dying in suicide bombings, killing infidels and killing each other, dying in tsunamis, floods, cyclones in pakistan etc etc.

If these are not CURSES, what is?

False - perverting God's purposes simply means we will experience the effects of our own choices. A "curse"? Is the result of our own choices a curse or the simple result of our choices?

if you mean the spending time in hell as a result of leading an evil life belief i suppose you could certainly call that a curse.
how does one define god's purposes, and what is a perversion of them. the standard "this is wrong" is entirely subjective.
a simple true or false may be insufficient here. since god theoretically created all knowing all that will be, god's true purposes are as unfathomable as what would be a perversion of them.

Yes according to Romans 1:18-28 "For God’s wrath is being revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who are suppressing the truth in an unrighteous way, 19 because what may be known about God is manifest among them, for God made it manifest to them. 20 For his invisible [qualities] are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship, so that they are inexcusable; 21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify him as God nor did they thank him, but they became empty-headed in their reasonings and their unintelligent heart became darkened.
