Given the "density" of utility poles where I live in the US, I put the Canadian count well over 10 million.

I found an estimate of "over 130 million poles in service in Canada and the US".

Why not ask how many people are in the yellow pages or how many angels can dance on a pin? Canada is big place. The figure is well over 7 digits...
