I came on here to talk with people who like racing as much as i do, but alot of people are rude or judgemental i think ill stick to the race track. thanks for the wonderful experience.

I'm sorrry that you feel this way, but as others have said there are a few people that switch screen names and constantly try and cause trouble and antagonize us. You just have to ignore it really. I mean its not that big of a deal, and I disagree with the person that says that its the Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson fans, because its not, I mean it's the people who hate Hendrick, because they are dominating this year. I get tired of the same people saying are Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson gay, or do you think NASCAR is helping Hendrick and favoring them, and everything else, and sometimes its the Jr. fans who ask those stupid questions. All of the fans can cause trouble on here at times, some more then others.

Well some of the people on here use this as a place to bash the drivers they don't like instead of just giving you a strait answer and then you have some that don't know what they are talking about they just want to piss people off and it worked in your case. Don't let them get to you there are allot of people on here that just love to talk about racing. I have my favorite drivers and i stick up for them and i try not to belittle other drivers or bring their sexual orientation into it. Don't let the idiots ruin a good thing by running you off then they win and if you let them know they bug you then they won't leave you alone.

Unfortunately you would find the same kind of rudeness in most of the catagories. I wouild suggest you not take any of the negative comments personally (I know that's kind of hard). Try just reading and getting a feel for how the forum works and recognize who the contributors are who always say something negative. This is probably one of the most "passionate" catagories. I'm sorry if you had a really bad introduction to this. I hope you will give it a longer chance.

Answer ; Welcome to the NASCAR community. You will see that alot of people come here to vent without answering questions. I too have been guilty of that but there is a line that I don't cross. Just ignore and block people who basically abuse the whole reason why yahoo has this section. I was tempted to answer about the parents question but I didn't know whether it was a serious or sarcastic question. If it was a serious question/statement, I know it sux. Been there. If it was a sarcastic question, people would tend to bash you.

I have noticed that also some people go through and votes thumbs down on everyone's opinions. All they are here for is points and trying to play this as a game. Just ignore them.
You'll learn who actually cares to help people and who the ones you'll need to block. Go back and read Godsmack"s question about "How bad have you got it" and have a laugh or two then come back and have fun.

Don't judge everyone by the actions of a select few among us. Yes, there are always those couple of people who are rude, and we've just suddenly gotten a surge of people like this.
But there are a lot of people on here that aren't like that. I know a lot of people on here who also want to talk about racing. I say just ignore all the people who you find rude on here, because there are enough people on here who aren't to stay around.

Well, your 2nd question came off as stupid so people are probably thinking you are a troll or in here to stir up trouble. If you want to talk and get to know us in here better, thats fine. We would be glad to have you. But if you are just in here to gain attention or make others mad, you will get bashed by some others in here.

as a regular of the Wrestling section, i know what you are going though man.
the UFC guys come in the wrestling section and just come in to talk smack about pro wrestling and calling pro wrestling fans stupid when some of us know it's fake and some wrestlers are doing deathly drugs that might cause them to commit murder-suicide.
meanwhile NASCAR has ****** fans who think they are fun to bash the other drives fans.
Example: Dale Earnhardt Sr. fans bashing Jeff Gordon fans.
