Couple of ways. You can disconnect the battery for 15 min. or you can buy an OBD-2 reader/programmer and clear the fault that way. If the fault comes back then you will need to fix the problem. At least with the reader, you know what the problem is.

Disconnect the battery for 5 minutes.. if light comes back on will have to be diagnosed at a shop

you can try to disconnect the battery for 30 min and reconnect. but if the code lite comes on again, you will have to go to ford for a troubleshoot.
