They aren't

They are palindromes (more correctly anadromes as that refers to one word where as palindrome can be a phrase or sentence as well)

They don't rhyme. A rhyming word has the same ending sounds. The ending sounds of these two words is very different: -od/-og.

You seem confused by English. We are not confused about God. The origins of these words is very old and unrelated. Use a dictionary sometime (for more than one reason).

You also might loosen up on the bigotry. Questioning the religious beliefs of the entire English-speaking population of the world on the basis of the coincidental spelling of two words which are spelled similarly (but backwards to each other) is bigotry, and rather silly bigotry at that.

Feel free, but if you are serious, don't be surprised at the level of contempt and disdain for both your ignorance and bigotry that will follow.

to rhyme, words must end in the same sound. God and Dog do not rhyme. Cat, Hat, Mat, Sat, Fat, Bat, all rhyme.

this is basic pre-school knowledge.

Did you hear the one about the dyslexic atheist?
He didn't believe in dogs.

Here's something I think is interesting...
the word God is very similar to Good
the word Devil is very similar to Evil
but according to the dictionary, the word God is not etymologically related to Good and the word Devil is not etymologically related to Evil.

Allah rhymes with koala. Do you detect any meaning in that?

(Your question didn't make sense, so I thought I would just answer with random, slightly related "stuff").

Dog and God do not rhyme. Cat and hat, Bow and cow, fair and dare, but not God and dog.

Well, they don't really rhyme. It's a case of our spelling and pronunciation of words. It doesn't send me into a spiritual searching.
