Walk. Change neighborhoods often to give yourself new views to see. If you go shopping at a mall, walk the entire perimeter (inside) as many times as necessary to give yourself all the time you need. Get friends to join you for fun. Have a salad after you're done.
Do you have a small neighborhood park? Don't just walk around it endlessly. Criss-cross it, go horizontally up and down, moving over a few feet each time. Just keep looking for ways to create new uses for the same ole exercise (which is the best exercise there is!)

I took up leisurely walking to music 3 miles around a track daily and keep sugars low. I lost weight and started to tone up the lower extremity .It was also taking vitamins and drinking water.

You can add hand weights and take up hoop dancing, belly dancing, yoga, Taichi and kick boxing all those and more in your own living room. All that privacy and save on gas and gym fees too.

running and jogging is really all you need. If you are looking to lose weight that is all you need. It also tones up your muscles almost everywhere in your body. If you want to increase muscle mass you should do pushups or situps. That is pretty much all you need. Good luck!

I love workout videos. I have several from the "Crunch" series of tapes, and find all of them to be high quality and fun.
