Nope...the portion that the laboratory uses is not the tincted hair,,,its the root,,,the portion that contains living cells,
Substances like drugs, do not accumulate themselves in dead tissue (hair proper)....so perming it, is useless...for the purpose of avoiding detection...
For sure if you had a recent use of drugs, it will show...beware of results......look after your job

No. Note that the drugs are "IN" the hair follicles and not "ON" it. Perming will not significantly lower the quantitative results though it may lower the drug (and metabolites) level a bit but the drug will still be detected and result will be positive if drug was taken at least 5-7 days which will last for months.

I recently saw a court ordered drug test that said that coloring or anything done to the hair prior to the test would violate the order.

Hair follicle testing can go back 5 years or more. I highly doubt perming your hair could do anything.

No.... Perming your hair doesn't remove the drug from the hair..

No, they pull it from the scalp, and the drugs grow out from the scalp of the hair shaft

no. that's why brittany spears shaved her head...because the father of her kid threatened her with drug tests...ya cant test hair that aint there though :)
