I recently brought my car to advanced auto and the battery actually died in the parking lot. I had two of the workers put a new battery in my car but it was close to 100 degrees outside and they had a really hard time getting the bolts lose. They were sweating like crazy and getting irritable. At first they thought they didnt have the right battery in stock for my car so the guy tried jumping my car so I could leave. This did not work but they eventually found a batttery that would work. Should I have tipped them for all the work/annoyances? I was there for 40 minutes.
