Alright, so I'll be reading something and as I'm reading a word might appear to be another word and I have to re-read it several times before it appears right. Also I might be staring at something ex. a spot on the floor, and it will appear to be moving. Also I have random moments where my head will shake side to side for like a milisecond. I also get tremers in my fingers. Could this be a neurological problema and do you think it could be serious

Words moving around on the page , or letters transposing on a page can be a symptom of dyslexia. Dyslexia is a problem with the wiring of the brain. People who have dyslexia are usually really good at finding ways to deal with their problems.

The other problems could just be from stress. Are you stressed out alot? Maybe try some meditation and yoga.
My final suggestion is eat better and maybe take some B complex for your nervous system.

some of your symptoms can be as simple as minor eye strain - the head shaking and tremors could be a symptom of something more serious - I am not a doc - get it checked out would be the best advice

The tremors in your fingers is what happens when diabetics are low on blood sugar. They can get blurred vision as well.
Have your doc check you for diabetes.

Go to an optometrist first, it could be your eyes. Are you getting enough sleep? This can happen when you have sleep deficits too.
