This is actually a lesser known curse... the mirror is 7 years bad luck, under the ladder is 3. Breaking a fluorescent light bulb will actually result in typing like your drunk for 37 days... my recommendation is to actually be drunk for that time, then it's not a waste (instead you're wasted: much better position).

Spell check sweetie... "broke" (not brock), "fluorescent" (not fluesent), and "hurt" (not hert)...watch out for broken glass, that can hurt you. Otherwise dispose of the bulb carefully.

"Do not inhale the vapor.

Do not use a vacuum for cleanup.

Sweep the pieces together with a brush or broom -- not with your hand.

Cleanup glass with a wet rag or towel and place the towel, along with the pieces, into a sealed plastic bag."

Only if you sniff the gas that was inside the bulb or get cut on the glass.

I've broken 100's of them. Try and not breathe the dust, as it is not healthy. So don't worry about it, you'll be fine.

See it hasn't affected my spelling or grammar. good luck.
