There is a cream you can buy at the drug store. You put it on your place and sit and wait. I have heard that if you shave it helps as the crabs have no place to hold on to. Be sure to wash all your beddind and underclothes with hot water or bleach.

Any local pharmacy will carry the cure! It is called Rid and you wash the affected area with it. They include a small toothed comb for combing out the deceased crabs and their eggs. Follow the directions exactly or it may not kill them all.
Refrain from sexual activity until they are gone.
