Birds are a group of animals like mammals and reptiles are groups of animals. So saying that he's a cannibal would be like saying we eat cows (who are mammals like us) and therefore we are cannibals.

However, if he was eating African Grey eggs, then yes he is a cannibal. But then again maybe he is only a cannibal if the egg is actually fertilised and could be a life (if a human ate an unfertilised human egg, does that make them a cannibal?).

And anyway good because eggs are good for him. :)

Okay. There are a couple of misconceptions at work here (pun intended). The eggs that you and I eat are typically non-fertilized, thus there are no birds in them. They're what's known as wind-eggs - produced spontaneously by hens in a manner similar to human women having periods. Second, birds typically eat a fair amount of eggs.
Your bird isn't a cannibal unless you're feeding him african gray parrot hard-boiled eggs that have been fertilized. And that would be terribly icky, so I'll bet you're not. :)

If they're eggs that you buy in a store, then no. The eggs that come in a carton from the supermarket are not fertilized. That means that even if you incubated the egg, no chick would develop/hatch. So no, he's not a cannibal.

It doesn't make him any more of a cannibal than humans in other cultures eating monkeys or orcas eating dolphins. In other words, no. Parrots and chickens are both birds, but they are not closely related.

No because my cockatiel eats all kinds of cooked eggs plus my bird eats chicken and potato, popcorn, and other things like that

Heck no! My greys love chicken bones. They break them open and eat the marrow out.

Too many eggs will make your grey fat.
