i have a big poster of Muhammad Ali that says Impossible is Nothing on my door right in the middle...i really like the poster so im going to keep that up there...but what else can i put on it to decorate it? i have about a foot and a half space on the top and about 2 1/2 feet on the bottom. i dont really want to put pictures on it either cause i put all of my pictures all over my walls in my room so i dont really have a lot more recent ones.
i love sports, basketball && volleyball are my favorite.
do you have any ideas on what i can put on it to make it fun and exciting looking?

1) Fortune Cookie Messages. Just tape them onto your door, and it makes it ah-dorable!
2) Vollyball stickers.
3) Wrestling Stickers.
4) Basketball Stickers.
5) Sports Stickers.
6) Sports Doorhangers.
7) Cut a circle out of cardboard, then wrap it in tin foil. Write your name on it, and decorate it as a basketball/vollyball. Then just hang it on your door!
8) Hamper.

I don't know if it's the front of your door or the back of your door that you want to decorate--but if your parents wanted to help, you could get wood molding and put it on the door about 6 inches in from the edge all of the way around and paint it gold or another color that you like. It will look like a giant picture frame. Paint the inside with chalkboard paint. There is special sticky stuff that you can use to put up pictures and posters with that won't hurt them and then you can take them off and put others on whenever you like. Then you can use different colors of chalk and put cool sayings with the photos or write the names of the people in the photos. And your friends can draw neat pictures on the chalkboard, too. When you want a change, all you have to do is erase and add something new.

you could get some fabric w/ patterns on it that appeal to you and you could easily tack it up another thing that would give it more texture and make it look more interesting is if you but some quilt batting and put it up before you hang the fabric that will make it look puffy and more lively. you can get some really good deals like at wal-mart or some other store that has fabrics ask for a dollar box that is where they put the fabric that is $1.00 a yard so it would be very cost efficient

Get a long remnant of cloth at least 45" wide [ measure length first, and add 1 foot ] in colors of room, or just colors you like. [ could be a sports print, etc. ]
Wrap your door up like a giant present! Use a staple gun, and get assistance so it gets done neatly.
Then put Ali back.

Find out what some of his famous saying were and cut some fun lettering out of magazines, etc, and place around the edge of the picture. "floats like a butterfly, stings like a bee".
"I'm pretty". etc. Just use tape or laminate them then cut out to move around.

i'm an old hippie...paint a paisley design in a multitude of colours and different sizes of paisleys, that would be smashing.
