How can I get a deep splinter out of my hand without tweezers. They are usless at this time its ti deep it. It is a cactus splinter and it is visible and thick. Please help =[

1] hold a very cold compress on it [ ice in plastic, covered with cloth or paper towel ] Don't get site wet.
2] tease the skin loose with a needle
3] then pull out with tweezers
4] scrub area well, and apply antibiotic ointment

sterilize a sewing needel and use that to remove the skin around it till you can get the tweezers around the object and dont ice it , it will only go deeper

My mom told you it wasn't deep if it was a cactus thorn

Use a needle. Also if u have long nail you can try and pluck it out.

though you may not feel comfortable doing this you can simpy pull it out via biting it.

you could try a drawing suave. ask your pharmacist which one is good.
