during a sports physical does the doctor HAVE to look down there?

yes they do but don't be embarassed they had to go to school and study penis's and vaginas and they have checked tons of them since them. to them a penis or a nut sack is just the same as an arm or leg......not a big deal at all.

No, they don't look, if your a guy, they feel your testicles. And yes, if you want to play sports they have to.
