i am 130 and 5'3 i think i am fat i really want to loss weight in the summer like 30 pounds or something i need a deit plan and an exsercise plan

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

First of all, you're not fat. Secondly, trying to lose that much weight in one week is unhealthy. If you wanted to just tone up for the summer, instead of going on a diet, try doing a combination or cardio exercises & then ab workouts...then take a day's rest. You can also have a higher metabolism by eating smaller meals, throughout the day, instead of eating 3 larger meals. Keeps you full and gives you more energy.

set a reasonable goal, the most you should be losing in a week is just under 5 pounds. eat healthy and excercise using cardio excercises such as running, swimming, elliptical trainers or cycling. try substituting red meats for chicken breast and fish and avoid breads and foods high in sodium, starch, and sugar. i lost 25 pounds in just under 2 months by following this, excercise regularly and you'll notice a difference, losing weight fast means your losing water off of your body and you will gain it all back as quickly as you lost it. losing weight the proper way is the only way you will keep it off for good, as well eat and drink alot of foods that will raise your metabolism. the best time for excercise is in the morning. and remember. burn more calories than you take in every day to lose weight. count your calories and burn more than that at the begining of your day to lose weight. good luck and have a good summer. and don't eat after 8 o'clock, especially foods such as bread, rice and pasta. try to limit pasta, bread and rice, or things such as potatos to every 3 or 4 days instead of every day.

it doesn't take 1 week to gain 10-13 lbs. you need to set a reasonable goal
