Think more about your composition - seems like you have lots of images with centered subjects. Think about the "rule of thirds" as a departure point from where you are now.
I think the flower is too large compared to the face and detracts from her. What is the main subject of the photo? The flower or the girl? As a fun photo of a child who has put a flower in her hair it is great.
Website is very nice to display your images.

i like em, my personal preference though would be if the center of your neice's face was in focus, because the whole picture seem kind of softened.
but that's just my own preference.
