Listen a Lady should never ask a boy out, so wrong move there if you wanna ask him out, wait for him to do that. Flirt with him girl thats all and if he wants to he will ask you out, if not its because hes not interested, its life baby its all good your just in 8th grade trust me when you get into high school all the boys will be all over you!

In Love, age does not matter. If your heart feels for him and if you feel safe asking him out...I would suggest go for it. But please do a background check and I would suggest going out in a group until you really get to know him. But please dont let age and class keep you. Love is a universe........vast....boundless...and hearts never age.
